Guidelines for Bulletin Articles:  All Bulletin articles must be submitted in writing by 5:00pm Monday.  All bulletin articles are subject to the approval of the bulletin editor and availability of space.  Please submit to michelle@stjosephhowell.com

 

Guidelines for Bulletin Stuffers: One bulletin stuffer per weekend - Please call Lita at 517.546.0090 Ext 106 for list of available dates.  All stuffers are subject to Pastor's approval and must be submitted 1 week prior to requested date of insert.  The group or organization is responsible for making the copies and for making arrangements to stuff the bulletins on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. 

 

Guidelines for Mass Announcements:  In an effort to minimize the Mass announcements and encourage bulletin and website usage, Mass announcements will be kept to a minimum.  Number of announcements will left to the Pastor's descretion.  Please consider utilizing the Parish website (carpentershop@stjosephhowell.com) or vestibule (see below)

 

Guidelines for Vestibule Flyers and Promotions: Due to the overcrowding situation in the vestibule, posters on easels will no longer be allowed in the gathering space area.  An 8 1/2 x 11 Flyer may be added to the Tack Strip located on the solid brick wall of the vestibule.  All flyers must be submitted (as either a jpg. file or microsoft publisher document) to the parish office michelle@stjosephhowell.com for Pastor's approval. 

 

Guidelines for Website Submissions: Please submit information for the website as either a MicrosoftWord document, or jpg. file format to carpentershop@stjosephhowell.com

Information for the parish website will be posted upon Pastor's approval.
