Meeting Attendance

Fr. Bill, Rosemary Ruby, Patricia Schroeder, Mark Martell, Carlos Graza, Rich LaMay, Mike Meloche, Jane Thierfeldt, Bert Schomberger, Deacon Frank, Deacon Ray and Annette Staley.

Meeting Start at 6:34 p.m.

·         Father Bill started the meeting with an Opening Prayer with Intentions for Gerry Schmidt

·         Rich LaMay is the Co-Chair President presiding this evening with Gerry’s absences.

Young Adult Regional Minister The Diocese has selected a Regional Rep. for Young Adult Ministry

(19-25 years old)

Accountability   Accountability was again discussed at this meeting.  From Altar Servers /EM’s and Readers Faith Formation and Life Teen Masses  -Home Visits -Mass Etiquette

**Parish Evangelization (E- TEAM) – Diocese Seminar November 11^th or 19^th *PAC PARTICIPATION!

Discussion of P.A.C. Members to attend the other St. Joseph Commission/Ministries meetings

*Stewardship -

*Outreach Ministry (Colleen Asher) – Health Ministry, Befrienders Ministry, Ministry with Persons with    

  Disabilities, Homebound Ministry, Senior Outreach Ministry

*Music Ministry (Brian Mulheran)

*Finance Council

*Youth Ministry (Nancy Duey)

*Worship – Jane and Bert Volunteered to take this Commission Meeting

*RCIA/Adult Faith Formation – (Debi Amato)

*Faith Formation (Deacon Frank Wines)

  This Ministry covers Religious Education, Confirmation, RCIA and CAFÉ

*St. Joseph Catholic School -Annette will report on this Ministry- School Advisory Board

The Modulars Discussion about the “status” of the modular structures – many ideas and comments resulted with this and Mike Meloche mentioned he would look into possible opportunities and options we may have. 

Website Father Bill would like the P.A.C. Information to be updated on the Parish Website with Minutes and Photo of the P. A. C Members.  Annette will get with Marybeth.

Identify with the P.A.C. Members Membership PINS have been mentioned at many meetings.  This “Pin” would serve as a tool for our Parish Members to easily identify with the PAC members as well as other Commissions members. (Catalog from Debbie is in the P.A.C. mail box.)

Survey to Analyze School Enrollment  Father Bill, Deacon Frank and the PAC members accepted the Survey information to be given to Faith Formation Families to help understand marketing and recruitment/enrollment for our St. Joseph Catholic School within our Parish Families.  The survey results will be analyzed by Patricia Schroeder and Annette Staley and presented to the P.A.C. at a later date.

Articles of Understanding for the Livingston Vicariate Pastoral Council  -Father Bill, handed out the Articles for review.  Each Livingston County Parish’s Pastoral Council needs to approve this.
